Shipping and return

All of our orders ship through USPS. Shipping costs varies depending on location. Orders usually ships within 2-3 days. You will receive a tracking number via E-mail once your order has been shipped. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses and lost packages once they have been handed to USPS. PLEASE VERIFY ALL OF YOUR INFO BEFORE SUBMITTENG YOUR ORDER. In the event of a lost package the customer can create a claim through www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm 

If for any reason you receive a product that is damaged through no fault of your own, please contact JM Bar Tools at jmixologybar.pr@gmail.com within 10 days of the invoice date. Please provide a photo and an explanation of the damage. JM Bar Tools will refund or replace your item free of charge.

If you are not satisfied with the product received, you can claim its return and send the product back to us. For the return of the product shipping costs must be paid by the customer, after receiving the product in our facilities, we will refund the total amount except shipping and return costs. Personalized products cannot be returned.
